A Birthday Beach Party at Depoe Bay, Oregon

We begin with a chocolate eclair donut and an autumn road trip to the Oregon coast. Traveling over the snowy cascade mountain pass and through the brightly colored Willamette National Forest was spectacular.

The family plays on the beach for a bit. The birthday celebration happens later at a beach house in Depoe Bay as a pacific storm rolls ashore. The weekend ends with a long road trip back home to the Treasure Valley, the Snake River, and the Owyhee Mountains.

This is a special memory and a celebration of life.

It was a good weekend, and an awesome road trip.
